“MY TOWERLAND”
IS ON EARLY SALE DUE TO HIGH DEMAND

Ağaoğlu which just finished 3.636 residences in My World, Ataşehir has started the launching of My Towerland, a project of nearly 4.000 residences in Ataşehir at an early schedule due to the high demand from Ataşehir and Bağdat Avenue inhabitants.

Sky Towers, the first phase of Ataşehir which will be on an area of 285.000 meter squares will cost 70 million TL and the whole project is expected to cost 600 million TL. The architectural concept of My Towerland was designed by the architects and designers of Ağaoğlu and “Sky Towers” which consists of 420 apartments will be the first phase on sale.

In Sky Towers phase, there are two buildings, one 41-storey skyscraper of 160 meters and one 31-storey skyscraper of 130 meters. Each building has a sea view starting from the tenth floor and the panorama is wider as the buildings get higher.

The prices will be valid by the 31st of July and there will be an increase of 10% after that date. Sky Towers, the first phase of My Towerland will be delivered 30 months later.


The chance to have a house with 1% advance payment is going on

The chance of “having a house with 1% advance payment” which Ağaoğlu started in February 2009 considering the economical crises and which caused a demand increase both in construction sector and the mortgage credits of the banks will be current in My Towerland.

In the campaign, it is possible to pay 1% of the price of the apartment and make two payments of 12% in December 2009 and June 2011. A bank loan is possible for 75% at most. The interest rate of the bank loan is 0.81% for 12, 24 and 36 months; 0.99 for48 and 60 months and 1.15 for 72, 84, 96, 108 and 120 months. For example one will have to pay 1.540 TL for a loan of 100.000 TL.


The environmental, social and sportive facilities in the project

There will be covered car park, open air swimming pool, recreation areas, kindergarten, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, fire alarm system, fitness center, sauna, steam bath, air conditioners in the bedroom and the living room, aspirator, combi boiler, special storage area for every apartment, generator and in-laid dishwasher, oven and cooker in the kitchen in My Towerland.

My Club, the social and sportive life center of Ağaoğlu projects will also serve in My Towerland.
