İSTANBUL TWESTİVAL LOCAL 2009

 

The first İstanbul Twestival Global was organised on 12 February 2009 in the same night with participations of 202 cities around the globe. Right after that night, in order to support local development as well as global movement, the second Twestical Local was organized on 10-13 September 2009 this year with participations of more than 300 hundred cities.
