Mr. Ağaoğlu, dominating Turkish residential sector through his vision and investments, opened Dubai Representative Agency in March, 2, 2013 with a ceremony performed. Jamal Hai, the Chairman of the United Arab Emirates Parliament, Salim Bin Ahment Ajman, the Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Elif C. Ulgen, Dubai Consul General of the Turkish Republic as well as Ali Ağaoğlu, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Ağaoğlu Corporate Group attended to the opening ceremony.
Through the Representative Agency, opened on the Sheik Zayed Street where the heart of business life in Dubai beats, Mr. Ağaoğlu invited the investors in Gulf to Istanbul by saying “Make Investment To Istanbul”.
We will act as a bridge between Turkey and Dubai
Mr. Ağaoğlu asserted the following statements in the opening ceremony: “We are taking an important step in terms of carrying our relationship, which has recently been developed, with all Gulf countries as well as Dubai a step forward thanks to our new office whose opening is performed today. This office is not aiming at such a temporary objective as making the sale transactions of 300-500 dwellings. We are here to promote Turkey. Therefore, here is not an office intended for introducing the projects of Ağaoğlu company; instead, it will be a representative agency acting as a bridge between Turkey and Dubai as well as all Gulf countries.”
Many structural reform in Turkey became integrated with the West
Mr. Ali Ağaoğlu specified that Istanbul had been regarded as a city offering the greatest earning opportunity in the world in the sector of real estate according to many investigative reports carried out by international and recognized institutions, and added: “Many significant structural alterations have been made recently to turn Istanbul into a finance centre. Commerce and Obligations Code was revised and integrated with the West within this scope. Furthermore, financial instruments were diversified. Taxational advantages were provided and some Islamic financial instruments like sukuk became ready to be used. In this way, besides the physical infrastructure we built for Istanbul Finance Centre, financial and judicial arrangements were also put into practise.”

Mr. Ali Ağaoğlu, reminding the statement of Napoleon, “If the world were a single country, its capital would be Istanbul.”, in his speech also said: “Istanbul is the 3rd great tourist destination of Europe today after London and Paris and is one of the cities giving the opportunity of direct flight to the 93 countries of the world. Moreover, the oldest bank of the world –Kapalıcarsı- is in Istanbul. At present, Istanbul is moving up as a world capital upon such an important heritage thanks to Istanbul International Finance Centre.
The Ağaoğlu Representative Agency which is opened on Sheikh Zayed Street –one of the most centralized points of Dubai- consists of 1.000 m2 indoor space.
